Editing and Review Process

We offer all clients a 30 day review period in which to request changes and/or modifications. This 30 day review period begins on the date we forward documents for review. If we are going back and forth with multiple versions of a document – and the 30 deadline is approaching – we may choose to extend this review period.

If, however, you have made no effort to reach out to us regarding potential changes/modifications until the 11th hour – defined as the final 7 days of the 30 day review period – the 30 day review period will not be extended. Special arrangements to extend this period for an additional 30 days is available for a flat fee of $100. This option is not required and should be considered an optional service.

This Editing and Review Policy is effective January 1, 2010.
